Refund & Cancellation Policy

Passes (30-day and 1-year)

If a tool doesn't work for you, email support@interviewyoddha.griffintaur.com within 7 days of purchase with your order email and we will refund you in full - no questions asked for first-time purchases. After 7 days, passes are non-refundable except where required by law.

Pre-orders

Founding-member pre-orders are fully refundable at any time before you receive access to the product. If we don't launch the product, we refund everyone automatically.

Cancellation

Passes are one-time payments and do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends on the expiry date.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments and typically reach your account in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your order shows as not completed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5-7 business days. If not, contact us with the transaction reference.
